Obituary of Cheryl Lynn Rhynard

With sad hearts we announce the passing of Cheryl “Sherry” Lynn Rhynard – Age 57, of Barss Corner, Lunenburg Co., in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater on Thursday, July 24, 2025.

Born on April 24, 1968, she was a daughter of Reg and Linda (Bent) Heard.

Sherry battled many health issues in her adult life but always could smile and laugh through the worst of times.

Sherry enjoyed camping, floral design and crafting of all sorts. She also enjoyed family and friend gatherings and also many fun times with staff and patients at the Liverpool dialysis unit

She is survived by her loving husband and devoted caregiver, Matthew Douglas Rhynard; brother, Jeff; sister, Ashlee also nephews, Stephen, Shaun, and Scott; nieces, Maddie, Taryn, and Paisley.

She was predeceased by brother, Shane; maternal grandparents, Earl and Mary Bent formerly of Phinney Cove and paternal grandparents, Bill and Elizabeth Rogers, formerly of Digby.

A memorial service will be held at 2pm, Saturday August 9th, 2025, in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, New Germany.
