Obituary of David Paul Greygoose

David Paul Greygoose, age 76, of New Germany, Nova Scotia, passed away peacefully July 20, 2025, at South Shore Regional Hospital in Bridgewater Nova Scotia. He was born January 24, 1949, in Guelph, Ontario, the son of the late Victor and Dorothy Greygoose.

David was preceded in death by his wife and soulmate, Louise Ellen Greygoose (Silverthorn), November 13, 2003. After Louise’s passing, David chose to pack up his belongings and move from Ontario, where he spent his career working as an Inventory Control Specialist, then to Nova Scotia. He is also predeceased by his youngest sister Lori Finlayson, and nephew Corey Dentuinder.

David will be missed by his sisters, Vicki Gravelle and Nancy Dentuinder; nieces and nephews,

Steven, Rochelle, Scott, Craig, Amy, and Stacey. Also remembered by daughters Treena Gill and Angela Brannen.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home in New Germany, Nova Scotia, where cremation has taken place. There will be a family gathering at a later date where David will be laid to rest in Sarnia, Ont., with Louise.
