Obituary of Audrey Jean Himmelman

Himmelman, Audrey Jean – 94, of Italy Cross, Lunenburg County, passed away Sunday September 28, 2025, at the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.

Born in Crouse’s Settlement, Lunenburg County, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Maude (Wile) Crouse.

Her home life was her farm, animals, gardens, and more. She was known by all, and was of a kindly and charitable nature. She was a long-time member of the Italy Cross/Middlewood Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, and the ladies’ sewing circle.

Surviving are her three sons, LeRoy, Richard, and Randall, all of Italy Cross; a daughter, Jeannine, Lunenburg; 11 grandchildren; and many great and great great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Leslie; sons, Edward, Jamie, and Baby Himmelman in infancy; sisters, Shirley and Elsie; brothers, Donald and Clyde.

She has been cremated. No memorial service will be taking place.
