Obituary of Marguerite Marry

Marguerite Laura Merry 86, of Bridgewater, passed away June 22, 2002 in the Q E II Health Sciences Center, Halifax. Born in Maitland Bridge, Annapolis County, she was a daughter of the late Everett and Ethel (Kempton) Merry. She was a member of the Bridgewater United Church and the WI. She is survived by her sister, Melita Kempton; brothers, Mervin (Evangeline) Merry and Charles (Nina) Merry, all of Maitland Bridge; many nieces and nephews; a daughter in law, Ida Merry, Liverpool; special friends, Joan Plunkett and Jan Pottie and family. She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur Brenton Merry; son, James Arthur Merry; a sister, Alice Morrison. Visitation will be held Monday from 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral service will be held 11am Tuesday from the Bridgewater United Church, rev Ivan Norton officiating. Burial will follow in the Park Cemetery, Mahone Bay. Family flowers only.
