Robert Alfred "Bob" McGrady

67, of Bridgewater, passed away January 14, 2002 at home. Born in Bridgewater, he was a son of the late Capt. Thomas and Francis (Oakes) McGrady. He was an associate member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 24, Bridgewater, for 25 years and a former member of the Bridgewater Fire Department. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; daughters, Darlene, Toronto; Kathy, St. Catharines, Ont.; Patti, Blockhouse; sons, Thomas, Toronto; Douglas, Niagara Falls, Greg, Charleston; 7 grandchildren; a brother, Carroll Randall, Bridgewater; sisters, Sue Randall, Spruce Grove, Alberta; Kay Elford, Toronto. He was predeceased by a son Robert Jr. Visitation will be Thursday from 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater and from where funeral service will be held 11am Friday, Rev. Dr. Thomas Harvey officiating. Burial will follow in the Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater. Family flowers only. In lieu of flowers, memorials donations may be made to the N.S.
