Obituary of Oren Owen Zinck

Oran Owen Zinck 87 of Lake Pleasant, Annapolis Co. passed away Friday 24 May 2013 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Lake Pleasant, he was the son of the late Wilbert and Gertrude (Acker) Zinck. Oran is survived by his daughters Lucille (James Alexander) Robar, New Germany; June (Myles) Robar, Lake Pleasant; son Roger (Susan) Zinck, Wileville; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and his very special friend and caregiver Carolyn Crouse. He was predeceased by his wife Ada; sisters Damie Pearl, Audrey Mailman, and Violet Veinot; brothers Donald and Lamont; half brother Perry Acker. Funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M., Monday 27 May in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 4895 Highway 10, New Germany, Rev. Robert Gates officiating. Burial will follow in the Springfield Baptist Church Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. A reception will follow the burial in the Springfield Baptist Church Vestry.
