Obituary of Chester Wile

Chester Harris Wile 80, of Caledonia, Queens County, passed away December 19, 2002 in the North Queens Nursing Home, Caledonia Born in Simpsons Corner, Lunenburg County, he was the son of the late Harris and Gladys (Simpson) Wile. He was member of the Masonic Lodge in Caledonia. He is survived by his granddaughter, Stacey (Michael) Mailman and great granddaughter, Brooke, all of Colpton; 4 sisters, Phyllis Dorey, Bridgewater; Jean Danleyko, New Germany; Irene Sancton, Bridgetown; Norma Turner, Beaton, Ont.; Audrey Jackeila, Hamilton, Ont.; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Shirley (Frail); daughters, Deanna Higgins; Donna in infancy; sisters, Roxie and Barbara. Visitation will be held Friday from 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater and from where memorial service will be held 2pm Saturday. Burial will follow in the Westfield Cemetery. No flowers by request. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, North Queens Nursing Home, Caledonia or the charity of your choice.
