Obituary of Cecil Ceaser

Cecil McMillan Creaser 90, of Pentz, Lunenburg County, passed away November 29, 2003 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in LaHave, he was a son of the late Leander and Pearl Creaser. He was a longtime employee of CNR in Bridgewater. He was a member of the former LaHave United Church and then West Side United Church. He served as Trustee and Honorary Elder. He is survived by his loving wife, Myra; daughter, Cecilia (Robert) Haughn, Pleasantville; grandchildren, Myra Jean Haughn, Melanie Keddy, Cecil Haughn; great grandchildren, Shawn and Adrian Demone, Amanda and Matthew Keddy, Briana and Bradford Haughn; great great grandchild, Cameron Demone; sisters, Glendeen Himmelman, Bridgewater; Doris Conrad, Vogler’s Cove; Phyllis Trider, Halifax. He was predeceased by brothers, Arnold and Harding. Visitation will be held Monday from 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral service will be held 2pm Tuesday in the West Side United Church, Pentz, Rev Sally McShane officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakeside Cemetery, Mount Pleasant. Family flowers only.
