Obituary of Kathleen Cuming

Kathleen Grace "Kaye" Cuming It is with sadness we announce the death of “Kaye” Cuming on November 10, 2003 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater, after a lengthy illness. Born in Bridgewater September 26, 1915, she was a daughter of the late Melbourne and Lottie (Hebb) Seamone. Kaye “fought the good fight” and will be greatly missed by her children, Patricia (John) Swain, Bridgewater; Margaret (James) Withrow, Halifax; Robert (Jane) Cuming Bridgewater. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Eric Swain, Halifax; Christopher (Corinne) Swain, Bridgewater; Heather (Karl) Kowalczyk, Halifax; Stacy Withrow, Calgary; great grandson Thomas Kowalczyk; sister, Edith (Max) Richards, Cape Elizabeth, Me; sisters in law Muriel, June , Barbara Seamone; many special nieces and nephews and her life long friend Hilda. Kaye was predeceased by her husband Malcolm in 1976; brothers, Percy, Archie, Donnie, Allister, George, Bob, Stan Seamone; sisters, Margaret, Dot and Helen. No visitation at the funeral home by request. In keeping with Kaye’s wishes cremation has taken place under the direction of Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Memorial service 11 a.m., Friday at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Bridgewater. Archdeacon John Clarke officiating. Family committal will take place in Brookside Cemetery.
