Obituary of Eldred Meisner

Eldred Campbell Meisner 70, of Conquerall Bank, passed away October 17, 2003, in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Conquerall Bank, he a son of the late Forrest and Beatrice (Cross) Meisner. He is survived by his wife, the former Dianne Haines, Bridgewater; daughters, Heather (Glen) and Valerie, both of Conquerall Bank; three granddaughters, Candice, Courtney, Brooklyn; a grandson, Ty; brother Norman, Lake Center; sisters Ethel (Lester) Whynot, Lower Branch; Evelyn (Alvin) Rawding, Fancy lake; Myrtle (Robert) Grant, Blockhouse; Margaret (Richard) Durling, Lunenburg; Thelma Dagley, Port Medway. He was predeceased by his son, Michael; sister, Dorothy Jollimore; brother, Clyde. Visitation will be held Monday evening from 7-9 p.m., and funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, both in Sweeny’s Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater. Archdeacon John Clarke will be officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Leaf Cemetery, Conquerall Bank. Family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Bridgewater.
