Obituary of Verlie Rafuse

Verlie Evangeline Rafuse 79, of Camperdown, Lunenburg County, passed away March 13, 2003 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Yarmouth, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence and Vera (Rodgers) Huskins. She is survived by daughters, Linda (Ronald) Naugler, Hebbs Cross; Marilyn (Wayne) Herman, Bridgewater; Cathy (Phillip) Crouse, Bridgewater; Maureen (Reggie) Penney, Camperdown; son, Douglas (Shirley), Camperdown; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters, Rosalie Fitzgerald, Rita Barry, June Smith all of Yarmouth; Doris Muise, Georgetown, Ont. She was predeceased by her husband, Ernest; son, Eric; sisters, Joyce Ellis, Hazel; brothers, Edgar, Roy and a brother, Joseph in infancy Visitation will be held Friday from 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater Funeral service will be held 1:30pm Saturday in the Middlewood United Church, Middlewood, Rev. Karen Ohrt officiating. Burial will follow in the Middlewood United Church Cemetery. Family flowers by request.
