Obituary of Craig Everette Barry

BARRY, Craig Everette – Age 56, of Pinehurst, Lunenburg Co., passed away at South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater on Monday, August 7, 2017 with his loving family by his side. He fought a valiant fight against aggressive cancer. Craig was born November 30, 1960 to Everett and Sherilyn (Veinot) Barry and grew up in New Germany.

His passions were fly fishing, playing the guitar and spending time at the lake.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Angie (Hall); parents, Everett and Sherilyn; sister, Lisa Barry and her children, Jonah and Gracen Langley; brother-in-law and best friend, Paul Young; sisters and brother-in-law, Cathy Young, Robin Hall, Matt Wright and JoAnne Barry; nieces and nephews, Adrienne and Ashley Young, Jarrett Steele; Katlyn, Alana and Caleb Barry. He was predeceased by brother, Paul Barry; maternal grandparents, Robert and Audrey Veinot and paternal grandparents, Moyle and Emily Barry.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home by request. Memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Monday, August 14 in Sweeny’s Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater.  with Rev. Catherine Robar officiating. A reception will follow in the Royal Canadian Legion, Bridgewater Family flowers please, donations may be made to SHAID Tree Animal Shelter or to The Lodge that Gives.

We would like to thank the management at Michelin for their understanding and compassion; Craig’s supervisor and co-workers for the calls and visits.
