Our family feels your pain with the loss of beloved Stefan. He was too young to let go. My sincere condolences to Naomi, Wyatt, Richard and Lynne for your loss. Naomi is one of my best friends and I was with her when she met Stefan and immediately fell in love. Our plane ride home from that conference had her in tears as she was not sure he would call especially as Stefan lived on the otherside of the country. He did of course and was probably as nervous as Naomi was. It was a romance out of a novel. A good thing Stefan was so awesome as he stole my best friend. The wedding in Florence Italy was amazing. With the wedding party staying in a Tuscan villa, Stefan was in his element cooking for us. He was an amazing chef and he dreamed of one day having a beach restaurant somewhere tropical.
Stefan also had a fabulous analytical mind and I am sure he impressed many clients with his knowledge. Naomi and Stefan were a great team in so many ways.
I laugh too as I recall my wedding in Mexico, Stefan and Naomi take off with a couple of friends to a timeshare presentation. The other friends arrive back with Tequila and a blanket but Stef and Nay come back with a timeshare. They made great use of that and when Wyatt came along made for fun family vacations. So many wonderful memories, I could go on for pages.
I will always remember Stefan for the brilliant mind he had, his amazing chef skills, smart dresser, great story teller, and a truly wonderful man. May he rest in peace.

Very sorry to hear of Stefans passing. Went to school with Stefan & had alot of great memories. I later meet Stefan's father when I worked at a local garage. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

I remember 1st meeting him when Pat and Sharon were married and though many years have passed since then I know that he was loved and cared for by his family and friends. Dear family of Stefan,
I had the honour of being Stefan’s homeroom teacher when he was in Grade Nine at West Kings District High School. I was new to teaching and learning the ropes with managing the classroom and curriculum. Stefan shone and stood out for his humour and spirit. He very kindly invited me to his parents’ home for supper one night, and we played a bit of pool beforehand. Who but someone thoughtful with the ability to view his teacher as a real person would have thought to ask her to come meet his parents and dine wit them?
Your loss must feel enormous. May peace come in time to your sorrowing hearts.
