Obituary of Margaret Elaine Lowe

LOWE, Margaret Elaine – Age 72, Wentzells Lake, Lunenburg Co., passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Saturday, August 14, 2021. Born in Lake Pleasant, she was a daughter of Pearl (Varner) Mailman, Lake Pleasant and the late Lawrence Mailman.

Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband of 48 years, Gerald “Jerry” Allen Lowe; sons, Ryan (Emilie) Lowe, West Northfield; Darren Lowe (Felicia Sproule), New Germany; grandchildren, Rachel, Audrey, Elena, Abigail and Ava; sisters, Edith (Ron) Whitman, Greenwood; Karen (Robert) Sullivan, Lower Branch; Patricia (Dean) Robar, Steam Mills; Jacqueline Foster, Edmonton; brother, Darrell (Valerie) Mailman, Kentville; sister-in-law, Norma Mailman, New Minas; many nieces and nephews.

Besides her father, she was predeceased by a brother, Keith.

A private family graveside service will be held in Springfield Baptist Cemetery, Springfield. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Springfield Baptist Church, VON Lunenburg County branch or the South Shore Hospice Palliative Care Society.
