We were so sad to hear of Roger's passing...he was such a great teacher of Bible truths, we always enjoyed our evenings, when he & Gloria came to our home...Gloria would pick up our youngest son and swing him, while Roger showed them his thumb trick. We had so many beautiful times with them both, and look forward to better times real soon...We loved them both, Our Spiritual Parents & Children's Spiritual Grandparents.

Roger and Gloria were Special Pioneering in New Waterford, Cape Breton in the late 1960s. After much persuasion by my Aunt Gloria Digero, my Mom and I started our Bible study with them in 1968. They planted the seeds, a few other pioneers watered and we were baptized in November of 1972. Roger was so patient and kind. My Mom had been a sergeant in the Army during WWII.(A hard nut to crack. lol) Mom passed in 2009 and I know she will be very happy to see Roger and Gloria in the near future. :O) Much love to family and friends.

Our sincerest condolences to the family of Roger, as well as to all his spiritual friends who were like family to him and Gloria. He gave Jehovah the best of his time and energy when he was well and healthy , and he did so in order to share the good news of Gods Kingdom to all people to give the hope of a better future. Roger and Gloria were such good friends to me for many years. I feel blessed to have had them in my life and miss our conversations. We had many laughs together (how could you not laugh with Roger?) and I enjoyed listening to their stories of their travels. My condolences to the family.
