Obituary of Hannah Mae Naugler
NAUGLER, Hannah Mae - Age 25, of Hebbs Cross, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 20th, 2023 at the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.
Hannah was a beautiful, caring, thoughtful person. She loved music, and could often be found with headphones on listening to Taylor Swift, Drake or country music in the summertime. Hannah was a true lover of dogs - especially sweet Lucy, who she loved spending time with and caring for. As a girl, she enjoyed gymnastics and cheer, in particular the uniforms and bows - and continued to have a love of make-up. Hannah was often thinking of others. She developed fast connections with seniors in care and individuals with disabilities. She had a loving and kind heart, which made it even more difficult to bear when she began to struggle with addiction. Addiction can affect anyone and Hannah was never shy to talk about her struggles. She found support and community through Crosbie House, the Wellness Clinic in Lunenburg, sponsors, AA and NA meetings, her pharmacists, and many others in recovery. When she was doing well, she also made efforts to help others. We will be forever grateful for those tried to help her.
If you or someone you know is struggling with addiction and need help, please reach out to the Provincial Mental Health and Addictions Crisis Line: 1-888-429-8167.
Hannah is survived by her loving parents, Troy and Jennifer Naugler, her twin brother, Noah and her younger sister, Grace. Her grandparents, Barry and Linda Naugler, Pam Linders and Clyde Thornhill, Faye Beaton and Mike Mahar. Her aunts, Belinda Naugler-Adams and Heidi Jirotka. Her uncles, Steve Adams and Ales Jirotka, and her cousins, Nicholas, Thomas, William, Yanic and Dante.
