Obituary of Monroe Theodore Zinck

ZINCK, Monroe Theodore – Age 75, Chelsea, Lunenburg Co., passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2023 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Maitland, he was a son of Granville Feener and Margaret Loretta Zinck.

During his working years, he was a labourer with Kirk Forest Products.

Surviving is his sister, Marjorie Fraser, Bridgewater; Myles Zinck, Ambrose Zinck (Judy Croft), Carl Zinck, and Graham Zinck, all of Chelsea; several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he is predeceased by brothers, Ronald “Ronnie” Zinck, Darrell Zinck and Donald “Donnie” Zinck.

Visitation for family and friends will be 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, August 7, in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Public graveside Service of Remembrance will be held 2 p.m., Wednesday, August 9 in Lone Oak Cemetery, New Elm. Rev. Willis Ott officiating. Flowers welcome, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Parkinsons Foundation of Canada, Lone Oak Cemetery or a charity of choice.
