Card of Thanks

Anne’s family wishes to thank her care teams for the excellent care she received during her time in hospital (both South Shore Regional and QEII in Halifax). Anne was so fortunate and thankful to have had the most wonderful group of caring medical professionals at her side whenever the need arose. The family is also thankful to neighbours and friends who came to visit her in the hospital and at home, and to those who brought food to the house. It was all very much appreciated. Special thanks are extended to Sweeny’s Funeral Home for their support throughout this ordeal.
