Obituary of Elaine Naomi Bhardwaj

BHARDWAJ, Elaine Naomi – Age 79, of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, formerly of Halifax and Victoria, BC., passed away with her family by her side on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater after a very brief illness.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the mother to Anil K. (Rose) Bhardwaj, of Lunenburg.

Elaine was predeceased in 2019 by her beloved husband, Dr. Ashok Kumar Bhardwaj. By personal request, there will be no service held. Donations in Elaine’s memory may be made to SHAID Tree Animal Shelter, Hope for Wildlife or the British Columbia SPCA.
