Obituary of Edgar Crawford Conrad

CONRAD, Edgar Crawford – Age 74, of Broad Cove, Lunenburg Co., passed away with his wife by his side on Friday, April 19, 2024, in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.

He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him. Born in Broad Cove, he was a son of the late Vernon and Nena (Conrad) Conrad and was one of ten siblings.

Edgar was a carpenter by trade and an “all around handyman”. He was a hard worker, intelligent, level-headed and quiet by nature. He also had a “unique” sense of humour that was often misunderstood.

By personal request, there will be no visitation or service held. No flowers please, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.

His wife, Muriel, would like to extend a sincere thank you to Dr. Andrew Malcolm Blackadar, Liverpool; Dr. Alexander Ednie, QE II Health Sciences Centre; and the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit at South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.
