We would like to thank the medical staff of the Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension clinic for helping Sadie fight this terrible disease over the past 5 years, the medical staff at the South Shore Regional Hospital for their support and in particular, Dr. Diane Edmonds, Sadie's personal physician, for the care and friendship she has provided. Sadie had the opportunity to choose the pallbearers and we would like to thank them for the role they will play at the funeral. Visitation will be Friday April 23rd from 7-9 pm at Sweeny’s Funeral Home, with a Beta-Sigma Phi Sorority tribute service being held at 7 pm; a Catholic Funeral Mass will be 10 am Saturday April 24th at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Bridgewater.
