Obituary of Marilyn Darlene Veinot

Marilyn Darlene Veinot, 61, of Bridgewater, NS passed away on September 18th, 2010 after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer.  Marilyn was the daughter of William Irving Silver of Springfield, NS and Daisy Mildred Silver (Haight) of Digby, NS.

She was predeceased by her parents, her husband of 37yrs. Ronald Frederick Mcbain Veinot; her sister Jewel Drew (Myles) and her son Paul Andrew George Edwards.

Marilyn is survived by her sisters Lillian McLaughlin (Mike), Ontario; Audrey Swinamer (Ken Churchill), Bridgewater NS; brothers Joey Silver (Donna), Springfield NS and Fred Silver, Springfield NS; a daughter Sherry Veinot of Bridgewater NS and grandchildren Lucas and Samantha Edwards of Moncton, NB as well as several nieces and nephews and their children.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at Sweeny’s Funeral Home in Bridgewater on September 22nd, 2010 at 3pm.  Family flowers only.  Memorial donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society, The Rose Fund, Bridgewater Baptist Church or to the family.
