Obituary of Madge Emeno

Madge Geraldine Emeno 84, of Broad Cove, Lunenburg County passed away October 24, 2002 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Broad Cove, she was a daughter of the late Clayton and Merle (Herman) Conrad. She was a member of St. Marks Anglican Church, Broad Cove. She was also a member of the Mae Chapter 38 Order of the Eastern Star, Bridgewater and a member of Turquoise Rebecca Lodge 132, Petite Riviere. She is survived by her husband Robert “Bob”; sister, Beryl Bowers, Voglers Cove; nephew, Robert (Betty) James, Broad Cove; stepdaughters, Cheryl (Blair) Keddy, Petite Riviere; Cindy (Michael) Nauss, Bridgewater; 6 step grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Darrell Rafuse. Visitation will be held Friday from 7 to 9pm in Sweeny’s Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater and from where an Eastern Star service will be held at 6:30pm, followed by a Rebecca Lodge Service. Funeral service will be held 11am Saturday in St. Marks Anglican Church, Broad Cove, Rev. Gary Alcock officiating, assisted by Rev. Willis Ott. Burial will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery, Broad Cove. Family flowers only. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Marks Anglican Church, Broad Cove, All Saints Lutheran Church, Newcombville or the charity of your choice.
