Obituary of Ethel Bernice Llewellyn

Ethel Bernice Llewellyn 90, of Italy Cross, passed away Tuesday 26 July 2011 in Hillside Pines Home for Special Care, Bridgewater. Born in Camperdown, Lunenburg Co. she was the daughter of the late James and Roseina (Wamboldt) Uhlman, her birth parents, and also her parents the late Gilbert and Agnes Crouse. Ethel was a loving mother, grandmother and Great Grandmother. She was a member of the Middlewood United Church and also the United Church Ladies Aid. She is survived by her daughters Marie (Harold) Rafuse, Camperdown; Doreen (Arthur) Wamboldt, Italy Cross; Son-in-Law Gary Naugler, Camperdown; sister Hazel Robinson, Dartmouth; grandchildren Wendy (Wendell) Rogers, Camperdown; Stephanie (Ivan) Smicer, Camperdown; Lisa (Wendell) Oickle, Lower Northfield; Craig (Lori) Naugler, Camperdown; Jonathan (Mandy) Wamboldt, Thompson, Manitoba; Margo (Troy) Wentzell, Italy Cross; great grandchildren Nathan, Madison, Megan, Tyler and Peyton along with many nieces and nephews. Ethel was predeceased by her husband Ervin; daughter Melda; sons Alfred and one in infancy; sister Thelma; brothers Roy and Cecil. Visitation will be held 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. Wednesday 27 July in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral Service will be held 10:30 A.M. Thursday in the Middlewood United Church, Rev. Vivian Moores officiating. Burial will follow in the Crouse Settlement Cemetery. Memorial donations in Ethel’s memory may be made to the Middlewood United Church or the charity of choice.
