Obituary of Brenda June Oickle

Brenda June Oickle 69 of Auburndale, Lunenburg Co. passed away Thursday 28 July 2011 in the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Brenda will especially be remembered as a loving mother and aunt. She had a great passion for animals; particularly her dogs. Any small gesture or gift was large was large in Brenda’s mind; she loved flowers and especially roses. She was an appreciative, kind person. On the lighter side Brenda was also a fun person who enjoyed a good prank and playing T.V. bingo. Every summer immensely enjoyed camping at the exhibition and watching the events. Born in Bridgewater she was the daughter of the late Harold and Mable (Young) Moore. She is survived by her son Roddie (Veronica) Oickle, Baker Settlement; Kyle (Lucy Hull) Oickle, Auburndale; sister Margaret (Peter) Morine, Newcombville; grandchildren Riley Oickle and Joseph Hull; along with 1 nephew and 5 nieces. Brenda was predeceased by her brother Aubrey. There will be no visitation by request. Memorial service will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday 30 July in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater, Rev. Eric Campbell officiating. A private family burial will follow the service in Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater. Family flowers only, please.
